Low-sugar alert is triggered. When the liquid added is of low sugar (<5%), the stirrer blade will make continuous rubbing noise. Each time the unit makes rubbing noise, it will stop cooling and restart automatically.
The unit will turn off after restarting for 6 times. Motor stall protection is triggered. The unit stops working automatically when overloaded. Unplug and allow the unit to cool for about 15min. Check and remove any ingredients jamming the stirrer blade.
Plug in again and turn on.
Compressor protection is triggered. The unit stops working automatically when frequently powered on. Unplug and allow at least 5min between each power on.
What should I do if the slush melts after it is made?
1. First, please keep the machine powered on and running until all the slush is distributed.
2. In order to keep the slush in good condition, you can increase the thickness and keep the machine running after making it.
What should I do if the slush doesn't take shape and remains watery?
1. Please note that the added liquid sugar content must be greater than 5% (no sugar substitutes can be used). If you are using alcoholic beverages, please note that the alcohol content must be between 2.8% and 16%.
2. Please adjust the thickness to the maximum and keep it running at the maximum thickness until all the slush is distributed.
3. You can try to switch to the preset mode of cocktail or wine. The temperature in these two modes is the lowest.

Ice making cycle is normal but no ice is being formed
Ice-making capacity goes down as ambient temperatures rise, and it will be severely reduced at temperatures over 90°F.
A restricted drain or standing water in the water tank. Check the drainpipe for kinks.
Ice cubes easily melted
The ice basket is not refrigerated, and the ice cubes will melt if not used promptly.
Please use the ice cubes immediately or store them in the freezer once made to prevent melting.
The ice maker does not work or stops making ice suddenly
Check if ON/Standby lights up. ON/Standby stays solid during the ice-making cycle.
Check if the tank is lacking water. Fill with water and place the ice bin back within 5 minutes; the ice-making cycle will restart automatically.
The ice maker will stop making ice if the ice bin has been pulled out for more than 5 minutes. Once pulled out, remember to place it back within 5 minutes to continue the ice-making cycle.
Hold for 3 seconds to carry out a self-cleaning cycle.
Disassemble the filter at the bottom of the tank. Check and clean when necessary.

Water leaks
Check if the hose is fully inserted into the water inlet until the end is reached.
Unplug the hose and check if the inserted end is intact and flat. Cut for a new flat end when necessary.
Wrap the connection part with PTFE thread seal tape for a tight connection.
Place the side tank on the same level surface as the ice maker. Do not elevate the side tank, or the ice maker may overflow.
Why is the rotation speed of the machine so slow?
This slow juicer is an upgraded version of traditional juicers. Its working principle is to extract juice through low-speed rotation, squeezing, and grinding. The relatively slow rotation speed, on the one hand, can reduce the oxidation of the juice, preserving the nutrients and fresh taste of the juice to the greatest extent. On the other hand, it ensures that the fruits are squeezed thoroughly, effectively increasing the juice yield of the fruits.
What is the function of the reverse function on the machine?
During the juicing process, if fruits get stuck in the machine, or if there is still some fruit residue remaining inside the machine after juicing, it is recommended that you use the reverse function at this time. This function can help easily resolve the issue of fruits getting stuck and is also beneficial for cleaning the fruit residue left in the machine, making the subsequent cleaning work more convenient.
Why is it not recommended to use this machine to juice acidic fruits such as lemons?
For fruits with strong acidity like lemons, their juice will corrode the components of the machine. Continuously using the machine to extract the juice of such acidic fruits for a long time will seriously affect the service life of the machine. Therefore, it is not advisable to use this machine to juice lemons and other acidic fruits.
Is the machine suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher?
Yes, it is. The design of this machine takes into full consideration the convenience of users' daily cleaning, and it can be directly placed in a dishwasher for cleaning.
Why can't the machine start when the lid is not closed?
Out of safety considerations, the machine is programmed to only start when the lid is completely closed. Meanwhile, the lid can only be opened when the machine is in a paused state. This design aims to comprehensively ensure the personal safety of users during the operation process, avoiding potential risks caused by accidental opening.
Can green leafy vegetables be juiced with this machine?
Green leafy vegetables can be used for juicing. However, to achieve a better juicing effect, we recommend giving priority to vegetables with a relatively high juice content, such as celery. In comparison, the juice content of some other green leafy vegetables is relatively low.
